Elizabeth Merrick

Elizabeth has worked for and directed a consortium of consultants specialising in the improvement of management performance for the last 10 years.  She has been Head of Personnel Management Division in a Business School in Ontario, Canada, where she was responsible for various postgraduate programmes in Human Resources Management.  She currently concentrates on her management consultancy career.
